In this 4 week program beginning on Monday the 26th July and continuing until Monday the 16th August, 2021, we dedicate some space for ourselves once a week to relax and simply ‘be’ as you are gently guided into deep meditation by Elise. Being in a place without any roles or responsibilities, and knowing you aren’t alone as you journey with other like minded women in a group environment whilst on Zoom. This is a workshop designed for women, in particular Mothers who are yearning for some connection and also time to Self. There will be a number of different meditation techniques used to teach participants how to meditate. You may choose to do these weekly meet up, discussion and meditations by yourself or your children are welcome to participate with you- see how you go!
