What crazy times we are finding ourselves in, during lockdown. I took some time in the chaos that is my household at the moment and looked into ‘how’ I know what I need to do now to support myself. I seem to be less stressed in this situation than I anticipated. I had put it down to my ‘training’ in different modalities, and yes, it helped, but it wasn’t it. I just wasn’t sure. Then I grabbed a pen and paper and wrote. Out of this writing appeared my ‘go to’ that occurs in my head when I figure out what it is I need for myself in the moment I realise I am not in a good way and I have two children in my space watching me, being with me, interacting with me…….If I’m not in a good space, they aren’t in a good space and all hell can break loose!
